Is the US Housing Market In For A 10-Year Decline?

Here’s a short economic video that goes into the different reasons why the US Housing market will start to see a decline, despite there being a housing shortage.
 
The number one reason for the decline is demographics.  The expert in the video goes into the different demographics that will cause this change in our current housing market.
 
As I have been saying, NOTHING just continues to go up and up and there comes a time when we start seeing prices plateau and then decline.  Right now from personal experience, I am seeing prices at a plateau and properties selling at or just below the listed price and taking longer to sell.  What’s great is we are now in our peak selling season and hopefully this uptick will last for a bit.
