If you are reading this and you are my client, I know you’re mortgage rate is very low because you allowed us to help you refinance and we set you up with a rock-bottom interest rate.
 
For those people who did not refinance while the rates were low, we still have really low rates right now that we can offer you.  No, they will not be 2 to 3 percent, but we can still help you lower your payment and help you save thousands of dollars on mortgage interest.  Refinancing may not make sense for all right now but it is at least worth a conversation, right?
