This is a very interesting video/slide show that shows which homes will drop in price in 2024. Could Southern CA have any of these types of homes?

While some of these types of homes, I would agree that some people may not want to buy them. I think the majority of the homes are like crackers in that “there is a cheese for every cracker”. . . LOL

There’s a buyer for every type of home so if you by chance have one of these types of homes, don’t worry it will too have a buyer.
