I am actually excited about sharing this article with you because this tells me that we are entering into a NORMAL REAL ESTATE MARKET that allows everyone to participate, not just cash buyers and investors.
Inventory for houses nationwide rose by 30.7% which means there is hope for all those buyers that wanted to buy a home but could not compete with all the cash buyers and bidding competition.
What is even better news is that the unsold homes rose by 3.5% which has been the first time since September 2019 that we had such a high number of unsold homes on the market
Again, this is a very good thing...
...because the serious seller will start to decrease their list price to a more realistic value, giving ALL BUYERS the opportunity to buy a home.
In fact, any first-time home buyer that wasn't able to buy in the past two years, CALL ME NOW, because there are great programs available to you, with zero to little down and I really think in the next 3-4 months, there are going to be some really great opportunities available for qualified buyers.
