We keep hearing there is going to be a correction and here’s an article that talks about home prices dropping the fastest in 3 US areas.

The area in California where homes are dropping the fastest right now is in San Diego. Now this is not surprising because San Diego is one of the areas that went up in value at record-breaking speed.

Homes sold quickly and their values went up even quicker.
