Housing Market Set for a Comeback in 2026

I know I probably sound like the utmost optimist considering the state of the world right now and yet I ask you to remember, people always need a home to live in.

I have been in the business 36 years now and many of you have known me the entire time. Since we have been together so long, we have been through 3 real estate down turns and yet today all our homes/properties are worth significantly more than when we bought them, even if at one time they were worth less than what we paid for them.

The one thing I know is whatever happens in the world, houses are still selling and home buyers are still buying. In fact, it is times like this that actually help people create wealth.
