The short and long of it comes down too . . . RISING INTEREST RATES. When the experts look at home prices year over year, YES they are up in the double digits. . . But when the experts look at housing month after month . . . this tells a completely different story. This is why you continue to hear . . . “lowest housing sales since the housing crash”. I can easily say that in a few months, we will see both sales down and home prices down.
