If you have not heard the news, interest rates have dropped DRASTICALLY. There hasn’t been a drop this quickly in decades.
Last Monday rates were hovering over 8 percent, today rates took a nose dive in the low 7’s. NOW THAT’S EXCITING!!!
Remember in all the emails when I said “DATE THE RATE, MARRY THE HOUSE” because rates always go up and down.
Let me add, just because rates are still in the 7’s, it does not mean that you have to get a 7% rate. There are all sorts of things we can do to get your rate down into the 5’s and lower your overall payment.
Remember I’ve been doing this since 1990 and have seen markets go up and down like this 3 times in my career and have always had ways to help my buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.
