Lumber prices PLUNGE due to drop in the US Housing Affordability

While this article is talking about the entire US housing market, it is a great read because as I have said in previous articles what happens nationwide, eventually happens in CA.

The experts are stating that lumber has dropped because the housing affordability in the US has dropped making it too expensive for consumers to buy homes and/or renovate homes.

I do not need to tell you that once lumber costs drop, building will be cheaper overall. For those people looking to build an ADU, now is probably the best time to do it.
