Mortgage Rates Rise Again

Once again instead of mortgage rates coming down as predicted by the “experts,” they went up AGAIN. . . and substantially.

In mid-February, we were buying down rates to under 6 percent and now rates are over 7 percent. Does this mean prices are going to start coming down? NO absolutely not.

Prices may not go up as much and as high as the past few years but they are definitely not plummeting any time soon.

Call me if you are tired of waiting for the market to get “better” and are ready to do something NOW.
