I came across this great article that shares how both buyers and sellers should prepare themselves for a housing bubble.
Personally, I do not believe we will see anything like 2008; nevertheless, I believe prices will begin to cool and supply and demand will shift, making it a buyers' market rather than a sellers' market.
Again, no one can predict when the perfect time is to purchase or sell, but you can start preparing yourself now if you want to buy or sell in the near future.
Again the only constant is ME!! I will be here whether the market is up or down.
Whether the market is a sellers’ market or a buyers’ market I think ALL real estate markets are GREAT!
