Share of Homes Worth $1million or More

I am always ready and always agree that the best time to buy a house is NOW because in 5, 10, 15, 20 years that home has doubled, tripled, and quadrupled in value.

This article distinctly repeats what I have been saying. Today a large percentage of homes nationwide and especially in Orange County are worth over $1 million.

In fact in Orange County the median home price is ????. In Los Angeles the median home price is ??? and in Riverside it is ???.

We can never gauge when the market will be at its peak or bottom to sell and buy BUT we most definitely know that in 10-20 years the real estate market will be a lot more than when you first bought.

If you are thinking of selling and moving, call me we definitely need homes to sell. And, if you are a buyer still thinking about whether you should buy or right-size your current home, now is the time to make that move.
