Well, this is precisely what I meant. We know that all things real estate are always going up and down.
Being that 2024 will be an election year, I highly doubt that interest rates will continue to go up. On the contrary, the rates will continue to drop down. In fact, just last week, the rates dropped under 7 percent.
What does this mean for you?
