What States Will Give You Money To Buy A Home

As you see by the map in the article, CA is one of those states that will give you money to buy a home.
 
In fact, I have some great condos in Santa Ana, where Bank of America gave one of my clients $17,500 (FREE MONEY) to buy a condo.  This is great because with this money you can buy down your rate, put more money down as a down payment and overall lower your payment.  This program does have some restrictions so call me and let’s see which of these great programs you’ll qualify to buy your home.
