What Will The RE Market Look Like at the end of 2023?

While as I always say, no one knows exactly what will or won’t happen, I think it’s safe to say that the real estate market and housing will be different by the end of the year.

While some areas have gone up in single digits in the past year, there are other areas that have actually come down . . . quite a bit.

The experts are predicting a “no-person’s market” . . . it won’t be either a seller or a buyer market because while prices are still high and interest rates are still high, there still are not enough houses on the market to meet demand.

It appears that the person that will need to sell and/or buy will do so, despite the market conditions.

Unless the rates hike up to 10%+ and the zombies start walking the streets, it is safe to say the market at the end of 2023 will be a lot like it is now.
