When is the Housing Bubble Going To Crash
July 12,2022 | Posted By Dinorah Carmenate in re

While I will keep saying no one truly knows what will happen to today’s real estate market, I think we can all agree that it will NOT continue on its current trajectory.
We have some of the experts saying the pace of housing increases is going to slow, while we have the other set of experts saying there are certain factors we are currently experiencing that undermine housing affordability which will bring down home prices. Which set of experts is correct?
The one thing that all the “experts” agreed upon was that 5% interest rates would definitely slow down the real estate market, even if prices do not come down significantly. Interestingly enough as I share this article with you, today's interest rates are 6%+.
This is a great article and goes into many aspects of the real estate market and I hope it helps you with any real estate decisions you are thinking about.
If you would like another opinion, call me and we can discuss what makes sense for you and your family.
