The CEO of Realtor.com predicts that California may soon face rising inventory and price declines, much like Florida.

Historically, when the real estate market corrects, Florida and California are hit the hardest—mainly because our home values tend to rise rapidly. And it makes sense: When prices surge by double digits year-over-year, a correction is bound to happen at some point.
