We have been very fortunate in Southern CA that most markets have been “seller” markets for the past decade.

Despite all the ups and downs of the real estate market and interest rates, Southern CA has been a robust and great market for sellers.

Fortunately, today we are still seeing a great seller market. While we are not getting 20+ offers on one property as when interest rates were in the 2 and 3 percent range, we are still seeing properties that receive more than 1 offer within 2 weeks of going on the market.
