We have heard for a few years now, how homes are selling as fast as they are listed, and for the most part this is true.

On average it takes 34 days for a home to sell which is actually 5 days more than it used to be. Click below to learn why this is happening.

There are exceptions to this rule, as always. Those exceptions are homes that are overpriced or maybe have too many cosmetic/fixer-type issues and are overpriced, always take longer to sell.

Here’s the great news, my average days on the market to sell a home for my seller is 17 days . . . YUP I sell homes for my sellers in half the time than the current average.

And even better news, I sell homes for my sellers an average 6 percent over the listed price. VIOLA!!!
